Jurisdiction not extended to certain crimes.\n\nThough not specifically mentioned in the Oklahoma Uniform Code\n\nof Military Justice, all disorders and neglects to the prejudice of\n\ngood order and discipline in the state military forces, of which\n\npersons subject to the Code may be guilty, shall be taken cognizance\n\nof by a general, special, or summary court-martial according to the\n\nnature and degree of the offense and shall be punished at the\n\ndiscretion of that court.
