All hearings required by the Board may be conducted by the\n\nBoard itself at aregular or special meeting of the Board or the\n\nBoard may designate hearing officers who shall have the power and\n\nauthority to conduct such hearings in the name of the Board at any\n\ntime and place.\n\nB.
