Stat. tit. 45, § 45-1.4","heading":"Inspection of mines - Mining records","body":"The Chief Mine Inspector or his duly authorized representative\n\nshall have the power to enter at reasonable times upon any private\n\nor public property for the purpose of inspecting and investigating\n\nconditions relating to the health and safety of anyone employed in a\n\nmine in this state or to carry out its duties as required by this\n\ntitle.\n\nThe Board may require the maintenance of records relating to\n\nmining.
