Conduct miner safety training programs consistent with the\n\nneeds of the mining industry within this state and the training\n\nrequirements of the Oklahoma Mining Commission;\n\n2. Assist and cooperate with the Oklahoma Mining Commission by\n\nconducting examinations of students of the Oklahoma Miner Training\n\nInstitute applying for certificates of competency issued by the\n\nOklahoma Mining Commission; and\n\n3.
