Stat. tit. 45, § 45-33","heading":"Journal of inspections - Official communications -","body":"Equipment and material.\n\nThe Chief Mine Inspector shall keep in his office a journal or\n\nrecord of all inspections, examinations and work done under his\n\nadministration, and a copy of all official communications and he is\n\nhereby authorized to procure, at the expense of the state, such\n\napparatus, instruments and chemicals as may be found necessary for\n\nthe proper discharge of his duties under this Act.
