Stat. tit. 45, § 45-43","heading":"Legal assistance","body":"The Chief Mine Inspector is hereby authorized to employ two (2)\n\nattorneys as needed, within the total employee limit authorized, on\n\na full- or part-time basis, to advise the Chief Mine Inspector and\n\nother agency personnel on legal matters and to appear for and\n\nrepresent the Chief Mine Inspector in administrative hearings and\n\nother legal actions and procedures.
