Stat. tit. 45, § 45-430","heading":"Map or plan of mine","body":"The operator of said mines in this state shall make or cause to\n\nbe made, at the discretion of the Mine Inspector of the District in\n\nwhich said mine is located, an accurate map or plan of the workings\n\nof such mine and deposit a true copy of said map or plan with the\n\nMine Inspector of the District wherein may be located the said mine;\n\nwhich said map or plan shall be so filed or deposited within three\n\n(3) months after the time when this act shall take effect, and a\n\ncopy of such map or plan shall be also kept for inspection at the\n\noffice of said mine; and during the month of January of each year,\n\nor as soon thereafter as practicable, the said operator shall\n\nfurnish the District Mine Inspector with a further map or plan of\n\nthe progress of the workings of such mine, continued from the last\n\nreport to the end of the month of December next preceding; and when\n\nany mine is worked out or abandoned that fact shall be reported to\n\nthe Inspector and the map or plan of such mine shall be furnished\n\nthe Mine Inspector.","path":["OK Code","Title 45"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os45.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"ce3e10620b91d5cef787ce29fafdbbf5d1ab6e2aaed41b8859fa2879649ec080","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-45-45-43","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-45-45-434"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
