Stat. tit. 45, § 45-435","heading":"Neglect or failure to perform requirements - Penalty","body":"The neglect, failure or refusal to perform or comply with the\n\nauthorized requirement of said Mining Inspector, acting under the\n\nprovisions of this act, by any firm, association, corporation,\n\nperson or parties required to perform them, shall be a misdemeanor,\n\nand where the duty so neglected, failed or refused to be performed\n\nis required of a corporation, then its officer or agent in charge of\n\nthe mine, shall be guilty, as hereinbefore provided for in this\n\nsection, and shall upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine of\n\nnot exceeding Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) provided, that as to\n\nduties imposed by the Mining Inspector taken before the said\n\ndistrict court for review, this section shall not apply except as\n\nto, from and after the order finally promulgated by order of said\n\ndistrict court and provided further this section shall not apply to\n\nan operator who has ceased mining operations and the working of men\n\nexcept such as are necessary to dewater and preserve the mine\n\ninvolved.","path":["OK Code","Title 45"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os45.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"5ae822e906abb615672a5f9e7203b2007c22ff15f0c027c684bae9cb7adcc2cf","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-45-45-434","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-45-45-436"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
