Stat. tit. 45, § 45-45","heading":"Study of mining laws - Recommendations and proposed","body":"legislation.\n\nIn addition to its other powers, the Oklahoma Mining Commission\n\nis authorized and directed, within the limits of funds available to\n\nit, to engage in a continuing study of the mining laws of this\n\nstate, and of changes therein required in order to carry out to the\n\ngreatest practicable extent the policies, goals, objectives and\n\nrecommendations of the Commission, and to make recommendations and\n\nprepare proposed legislation for such purposes.
