Stat. tit. 45, § 45-5","heading":"Certificates - Contents - Fees","body":"\n\nCertifications required by this title shall be issued under the\n\nsignature and seal of the Oklahoma Mining Commission. Such\n\ncertificates shall bear the date of issuance, full name and age of\n\nthe recipient and shall designate the position for which the\n\nrecipient is certified by the Commission. Applications for\n\ncertificates of competency shall be accompanied with the following\n\nfees:\n\n1. Superintendent $20.00\n\n2. Mine foreman 15.00\n\n3. Fire boss 10.00\n\n4. Shot-firer 10.00\n\n5. Certified surface blaster 10.00\n\n6. Hoisting engineer 10.00\n\n7.
