Stat. tit. 45, § 45-503","heading":"Mine inspectors to be furnished copies of maps","body":"The operator or superintendent of every mine shall furnish the\n\nmine inspectors of the district in which said mine is located with a\n\ncorrect copy, on tracing muslin or sunprint, of the map or plan of\n\nsaid mine hereinbefore provided for, and the inspector of the\n\ndistrict shall at the end of each year, or twice a year, if he\n\nrequires it, return said map or plan to the proper person at any\n\nparticular mine, whose duty it shall be to place or cause to be\n\nplaced, on said map or plan all extensions and worked out or\n\nabandoned parts of the mine during the preceding six (6) or twelve\n\n(12) months, as the case may be, and forward the same to the\n\ndistrict mine inspector within thirty (30) days from the time of\n\nreceiving it. When any mine is worked out or abandoned, the\n\noperator or superintendent shall furnish the mine inspector, within\n\nthirty (30) days, with a correct plan of said mine on tracing muslin\n\nor cloth, which plan shall clearly show all the worked out or\n\nabandoned territory, together with all property and boundary lines,\n\nelevations, and other things required by this article.
