Stat. tit. 45, § 45-504","heading":"Penalty for failure to furnish map copies","body":"If any superintendent or operator of mines shall neglect or fail\n\nto furnish to the mine inspector any copy of maps or plans as\n\nhereinbefore required by this Act, or, if the mine inspector shall\n\nbelieve that any map or plan of any coal or other mine made or\n\nfurnished in pursuance of the provisions of this act, is materially\n\ninaccurate or imperfect, then in either case, the mine inspector is\n\nhereby authorized to cause a correct survey and map or plan of said\n\nmine to be made at the expense of the operator thereof, the cost of\n\nwhich shall be recoverable from said operator as other debts are\n\nrecoverable by law: Provided, that when the inspector shall cause a\n\nnew survey and map or plan of any such mine, and it is found that\n\nthe map or plan furnished by the operator was substantially correct,\n\nthen the cost of the survey, map or plan, caused to be made by the\n\ninspector, shall be paid by the state.","path":["OK Code","Title 45"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os45.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"6393aa70872c1cc1ce01f6794c8b53771dd46713423d0a131ca9f75db31b118a","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-45-45-503","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-45-45-505"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
