Stat. tit. 45, § 45-505","heading":"Conduct of developments","body":"In the preparation of maps of the territory being, or to be,\n\ndeveloped in mining operations, it shall be the duty of the\n\noperator, where practicable, to furnish the district inspector\n\nprospective plans suitable to the coal seam and adjacent strata, for\n\nthe safe economic extraction of coal or other mineral.
