Stat. tit. 45, § 45-515","heading":"Inspection - Guard railings","body":"The ropes, chains, machinery and all of its connections used at\n\nthe operating shaft and slope mines, where the employees are lowered\n\ninto or hoisted from the mine, and the same used on all gravity and\n\ninclined planes, shall be inspected and a record made of said\n\ninspection in the same manner as provided for in Section 3966.
