Stat. tit. 45, § 45-519","heading":"Mines to be kept free from gas","body":"All mines generating fire damp shall be kept free of standing\n\ngas in all working places and roadways. No accumulation of\n\nexplosive gas shall be allowed to exist in the worked-out or\n\nabandoned parts of any mine.
