Stat. tit. 45, § 45-523","heading":"Machines to be shielded - Electric pumps","body":"In mines where mining machines are used, each machine shall be\n\nequipped and provided with a sufficient shield for the protection of\n\nthose employed in or about said machines or in the use and operation\n\nthereof, and said shield shall be kept in use constantly while said\n\nmachine is being operated. All electric pumps inside of the mine\n\nshall receive careful attention.
