Stat. tit. 45, § 45-527","heading":"Precautions against dust or explosive matter","body":"In case any entry, or room in any coal mine in this state is so\n\ndry that the air becomes clogged with dust, the operator, owner,\n\nlessee or agent, or whoever is operating said mine in any capacity,\n\nshall have such entry, airway or room, regularly and thoroughly\n\nsprinkled, sprayed and dampened with water, so that the air will not\n\nbe charged with dust, or if that be impracticable, then the dust\n\nshall be removed from the mine and shall not be deposited in any\n\nplace in the mine where it would be again distributed in the\n\natmosphere by the ventilating currents.
