Stat. tit. 45, § 45-528.1","heading":"Water on cutter bars and rock drills - Use required","body":"In order to promote the safety in coal mines by eliminating the\n\nhazards of rock dust in coal mines, it is hereby made the duty of\n\nevery person or persons, partnership, association, corporation,\n\nowner, operator and/or lessee of any coal mine in this state to\n\nemploy and use water on the cutter bars on all mining machines while\n\ncutting rock in said mines, and on all rock drills while drilling in\n\nsaid mines in rock.
