Stat. tit. 45, § 45-6","heading":"Secretary - Record of issue of certificates - Effect of","body":"certificates - Notice and list of names.\n\nThe Secretary of the Oklahoma Mining Commission shall make a\n\nrecord of the names and addresses of all persons to whom\n\ncertificates are issued. Certificates of competency when issued as\n\nprovided for herein, shall entitle the holders thereof to accept and\n\ndischarge the duties for which said certificates declare them\n\nqualified.\n\nThe Director shall advise the Oklahoma Mining Commission as far\n\nin advance as possible the date and place of an examination to be\n\nheld by the Department, and shall, as soon as examination is\n\ncompleted, furnish the Commission a list of the names of all persons\n\nwho took the examination and persons successfully completing said\n\nexamination shall be duly notified.","path":["OK Code","Title 45"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os45.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"6941e7bb16dbf3a18aca4dee2531dd7bfd37e2028826b0c8d2c0027bb53e539c","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-45-45-580","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-45-45-603"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
