Stat. tit. 45, § 45-612","heading":"Rules to be posted","body":"All operators of coal or other mines shall keep posted in a\n\nconspicuous place the special and general rules embodied in, and\n\nmade a part of this chapter, defining the duties of all persons\n\nemployed in and about said mine, which said rules shall be printed\n\nin the English language at the expense of the state, and in such\n\nother languages as are used by any ten persons working therein, at\n\nthe expense of the operator.
