Stat. tit. 45, § 45-731","heading":"Maps - Release","body":"The operator shall submit to the Department, no later than\n\nSeptember 1 following the end of each permit year, a map in a form\n\napproved by the Department showing the location of the pit or pits\n\nby section, township, range and county, with such other description\n\nas will identify the land which the operator has affected by mining\n\nduring such permit year and has completed mining operations thereon,\n\nwith a legend upon such map showing the number of acres of affected\n\nland. Such map shall also show in acres the extent of the\n\nreclamation accomplished on the affected land, including grading and\n\nrevegetation efforts, as of the end of the permit year, and shall\n\nshow by appropriate designation any deviation from the plan of\n\nreclamation filed under subsection (c) of Section 724 of this title\n\nand the reasons therefor.\n\nWhenever an operator shall have completed all requirements under\n\nthe provisions of this act as to any affected land, he shall notify\n\nthe Department thereof.
