Stat. tit. 45, § 45-732","heading":"Powers and duties of Department","body":"In addition to the duties and powers conferred on the Department\n\nin other provisions of this act, the Department shall have authority\n\nand power to:\n\n(a) Adopt and promulgate reasonable rules and regulations\n\nrespecting the administration of this act and in conformity\n\ntherewith and the Administrative Procedures Act.\n\n(b) Order, after hearing, the revocation of any permit issued\n\nhereunder for violation of this act.\n\n(c) Cause to be instituted, in any court of competent\n\njurisdiction, legal proceedings for injunctive or other appropriate\n\nrelief to enforce this act.\n\n(d) Make investigations and inspections which are necessary or\n\nappropriate to insure compliance with this act.\n\n(e) Collect and disseminate information relating to reclamation\n\nof affected lands.\n\n(f) Request the assistance of any federal or state agency for\n\ntechnical advice or any other type of assistance deemed necessary to\n\ncarry out the purposes of this act.","path":["OK Code","Title 45"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os45.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"1b5bde77ac964d540ecec1db74a2f4bf87b4abe9ee8ce6687a4e4edcc54f0284","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-45-45-731","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-45-45-733"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
