Stat. tit. 45, § 45-740.3","heading":"Powers and duties of Commission","body":"To accomplish the purposes of this act, the Oklahoma\n\nConservation Commission, hereinafter cited as the \"Commission\",\n\nshall have the authority:\n\n1. To adopt, amend and enforce rules pertaining to reclamation\n\noperations consistent with the general intent and purposes of this\n\nact;\n\n2. To hire employees, adopt standards for employment of those\n\npersons and assist in carrying out the requirements of this act;\n\n3. To conduct, encourage, request and participate in studies,\n\nsurveys, investigations, research, experiments, training and\n\ndemonstrations by contract, grant or otherwise;\n\n4. To accept, receive and administer grants, gifts, loans or\n\nother funds made available from any source for the purposes of this\n\nact; and\n\n5.
