Stat. tit. 45, § 45-740.4","heading":"Participation in Abandoned Mine Reclamation Fund","body":"The Commission is authorized to take all action necessary to\n\ninsure Oklahoma's participation in the Abandoned Mine Reclamation\n\nFund established by the federal act, and to function as the state's\n\nagency for participation. Pursuant to the federal act, the\n\nCommission shall by rule establish priorities that meet the terms of\n\nthe federal act for the expenditure of those funds, designate the\n\nland and water eligible for reclamation or abatement expenditures\n\nand submit reclamation plans, annual projects and applications to\n\nthe appropriate authorities pursuant to the terms of the federal\n\nact.
