Stat. tit. 45, § 45-745.19","heading":"Augering operations","body":"The operator shall conduct any augering operation associated\n\nwith surface mining in a manner to maximize recoverability of coal\n\nand other mineral reserves remaining after the operation and\n\nreclamation are complete, and seal all auger holes with an\n\nimpervious and noncombustible material in order to prevent drainage\n\nexcept where the Department determines that the resulting\n\nimpoundment of water in such auger holes may create a hazard to the\n\nenvironment or the public health or safety.
