Stat. tit. 45, § 45-745.20","heading":"Disposal of wastes","body":"The operator shall, with respect to surface disposal of mine\n\nwastes, tailings, coal processing wastes, and other wastes in areas\n\nother than the mine working or excavations, stabilize all waste\n\npiles in designated areas through construction in compacted layers\n\nincluding the use of incombustible and impervious materials if\n\nnecessary.
