Stat. tit. 45, § 45-746","heading":"Restoration of land","body":"The operator shall restore the land affected to a condition\n\ncapable of supporting the uses which it was capable of supporting\n\nprior to any mining, or higher or better uses of which there is\n\nreasonable likelihood, so long as such use or uses do not present\n\nany actual or probable hazard to public health or safety or of water\n\ndiminution or pollution.
