Stat. tit. 45, § 45-767","heading":"Conflicts of interest - Violations","body":"No employee of the Department of Mines or any other state\n\nemployee performing any function or duty under this act shall be\n\ndirectly or indirectly interested in any mining operation, or any\n\ncontract for purchase of any property or construction or any work\n\nfor any mining operation.
