Stat. tit. 45, § 45-771","heading":"Release of performance bond or deposit - Inspection and","body":"evaluation of reclamation work.\n\nUpon receipt of the notification and request, the Department\n\nshall within thirty (30) days conduct an inspection and evaluation\n\nof the reclamation work involved. Such evaluation shall consider,\n\namong other things, the degree of difficulty to complete any\n\nremaining reclamation, whether pollution of surface and subsurface\n\nwater is occurring, the probability of continuance or future\n\noccurrence of such pollution, and the estimated cost of abating such\n\npollution.
