Stat. tit. 45, § 45-775","heading":"Inspection of violations","body":"Whenever the Department has reason to believe that any person is\n\nin violation of any requirement of this act or any permit condition\n\nrequired by this act, the Department shall immediately order\n\ninspection of the surface coal mining operation at which the alleged\n\nviolation is occurring unless the information available to the\n\nDepartment is a result of a previous inspection of such surface coal\n\nmining operation.
