Stat. tit. 45, § 45-853","heading":"Supplementary agreements - Legislative appropriation","body":"Any supplementary agreement entered into pursuant to Article VII\n\nof Compact and requiring the expenditure of funds or the assumption\n\nof an obligation to expend funds shall not become effective as to\n\nthis state prior to the making of an appropriation therefor by the\n\nLegislature.
