Stat. tit. 45, § 45-9.1","heading":"Quarrying or mining with use of explosives near schools or","body":"churches prohibited - Exceptions.\n\nIt shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation,\n\nindividually or in association with others, to establish, open up,\n\ncommence or carry on any quarrying operation for stone or stone\n\nproducts wherein blasting is required, or to conduct any other\n\nquarrying operations for commercial or industrial purposes requiring\n\nthe use of powder, dynamite, nitroglycerin or other explosives\n\nwithin a minimum distance established by rule or regulation adopted\n\nby the Chief Mine Inspector from any established school, church or\n\nother house of worship.
