Stat. tit. 45, § 45-903","heading":"Certification of applicants - Fees","body":"Certifications provided for in this act shall be issued under\n\nthe signature and seal of the State Mining Board; such certificates\n\nshall bear the date of issuance, full name, age and years of\n\nexperience of recipient and shall designate the position for which\n\nthe recipient is certified by the Board.
