Stat. tit. 45, § 45-938.1","heading":"Oklahoma Miner Training Institute Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Miner Training Institute to be designated the\n\n\"Oklahoma Miner Training Institute Revolving Fund\". The fund shall\n\nbe a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and\n\nshall consist of all monies designated by Section 931 of this title\n\nto be deposited in the fund. All monies accruing to the credit of\n\nsaid fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended\n\nby the Oklahoma Mining Commission for the contract with the Board of\n\nRegents of Eastern Oklahoma State College for operation of the\n\nOklahoma Miner Training Institute and associated expenses.\n\nExpenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by\n\nthe State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with\n\nthe Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 45"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os45.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"23ac7ae41086b55af8cc6d9e9fcc0cec9bcbd84b3cf052cb2fe8f84e8a118d8f","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-45-45-938","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-45-45-939"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
