When equipped as prescribed in subsection B of this section:\n\n1. Vehicles of fire departments;\n\n2. Ambulances or vehicles specified pursuant to subsection B of\n\nSection 1-2512 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes of licensed\n\nambulance service providers;\n\n3. State vehicles of law enforcement agencies;\n\n4. County vehicles of sheriffs and full-time commissioned\n\ndeputies and vehicles designated by the sheriff for support of the\n\nsheriff’s office including privately owned vehicles driven by the\n\nsheriff and full-time, part-time and reserve commissioned deputies;\n\nprovided the audible sirens and flashing red lights equipped on such\n\nprivately owned vehicles are used only in a law enforcement capacity\n\nand in the course of duty;\n\n5. Municipal vehicles of police departments;\n\n6. Vehicles owned and operated by the United States Marshals\n\nService or the Federal Bureau of Investigation;\n\n7. Vehicles of Oklahoma National Guard units designated by the\n\nAdjutant General for support to civil authorities; or\n\n8. Vehicles owned and operated by any local organization for\n\nemergency management as defined by Section 683.3 of Title 63 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes,\n\nare authorized emergency vehicles.\n\nB.
