Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1-105","heading":"Bus","body":"\"Bus\" shall mean every motor vehicle designed for carrying more\n\nthan eight passengers and used for the transportation of persons;\n\nand every motor vehicle designed and used for the transportation of\n\npersons for compensation.
