Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1-114","heading":"Driver and driver license","body":"A. \"Driver\" means any person who drives, operates or is in\n\nactual physical control of a vehicle.\n\nB. \"Driver license\" means a document issued by Service Oklahoma\n\nor the driver licensing agency of another state or country which\n\ngrants to the person named thereon the privilege to drive, operate\n\nor be in actual physical control of a motor vehicle.
