Any valid driver license or permit to operate a motor\n\nvehicle issued under the laws of this state including any temporary\n\nlicense or instruction permit, the lawful possession of which by a\n\nresident of this state shall be evidence that the resident has been\n\ngranted the privilege to operate a motor vehicle.\n\nB.
