A power source that:\n\na. if the power source is a combustion engine, has a\n\npiston or rotor displacement of greater than thirty-\n\nfive cubic centimeters (35 cc) but less than one\n\nhundred fifty cubic centimeters (150 cc) regardless of\n\nthe number of chambers in the power source, or\n\nb. if the power source is electric, has a power output of\n\nless than one thousand (1,000) watts; and\n\n2. A seat or saddle for the use of each rider; and\n\n3.
