Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1-165","heading":"Special mobilized machinery","body":"Special purpose machines, either self-propelled or drawn as\n\ntrailers or semitrailers, which derive no revenue from the\n\ntransportation of persons or property, whose use of the highways is\n\nonly incidental, and whose useful revenue producing service is\n\nperformed at destinations in an area away from the traveled surface\n\nof an established open highway, and which carry no load other than\n\ntheir own weight, which cannot be divided for all practical\n\npurposes.
