Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1-173.1","heading":"Tank vehicle","body":"Tank Vehicle.\n\nAny commercial motor vehicle designed to transport any liquid or\n\ngaseous materials within a tank or tanks having an individual rated\n\ncapacity of more than one hundred nineteen (119) gallons and an\n\naggregate rated capacity of one thousand (1,000) or more gallons\n\nthat is either permanently or temporarily attached to the vehicle or\n\nthe chassis. A commercial motor vehicle transporting an empty\n\nstorage container tank, not designed for transportation, with a\n\nrated capacity of one thousand (1,000) or more gallons that is\n\ntemporarily attached to a flatbed trailer is not considered a tank\n\nvehicle.
