The words \"Turnpike Authority\", “Transportation Authority”,\n\nor \"Authority\" shall mean the Oklahoma Transportation Authority,\n\ncreated by Section 1703 of Title 69 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or, if\n\nthe Authority shall be abolished, the board, body, or commission\n\nsucceeding to the principal functions thereof or to whom the powers\n\ngiven by this act to the Authority shall be given by law.\n\nB.
