Stat. tit. 47, § 47-10-104","heading":"Duty to give information and render aid","body":"\n\nThe driver of any vehicle involved in an accident resulting in\n\ninjury to or death of any person or damage to any vehicle which is\n\ndriven or attended by any person shall give his or her correct name,\n\naddress and registration number of the vehicle he or she is driving,\n\nand shall upon request exhibit his or her driver license and his or\n\nher security verification form, as defined in Section 7-600 of this\n\ntitle, to the person struck or the driver or occupant of or person\n\nattending any vehicle collided with, and shall render to any person\n\ninjured in such accident reasonable assistance, including the\n\ncarrying, or the making of arrangements for the carrying, of such\n\nperson to a physician, surgeon or hospital for medical or surgical\n\ntreatment if it is apparent that such treatment is necessary or if\n\nsuch carrying is requested by the injured person.
