Stat. tit. 47, § 47-10-109","heading":"Form of report","body":"(a) The form of the report required by this section shall be\n\nprescribed by the Commissioner, and the Commissioner shall cause to\n\nbe prepared such blanks and shall make such blanks available to the\n\nmotoring public by leaving a supply with sheriffs, chiefs of police,\n\njustices of the peace, judges of the district court and other\n\nofficials as the Commissioner may deem advisable.\n\n(b) Such report, in addition to such other information as may be\n\nprescribed by the Commissioner, shall contain information to enable\n\nthe Commissioner to determine whether the requirements for the\n\ndeposit of security under Section 7-202 are inapplicable by reason\n\nof the existence of insurance or other exceptions specified in this\n\nact, and shall be accompanied by a copy of an estimate made by some\n\nmotor vehicle agency or established garage as to the cost of\n\nreparing the vehicle of which the person making the report was the\n\noperator or owner, which report shall be signed by an authorized\n\nrepresentative of such agency or garage.","path":["OK Code","Title 47"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os47.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"4f0910a7fad354d7d9851947655eb454e8c2223aec45127407ff625188862c83","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-10-108","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-47-47-10-110"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
