The Department shall prepare and make available to police\n\ndepartments, coroners, sheriffs, garages and other suitable agencies\n\nor individuals forms for accident reports required hereunder,\n\nappropriate with respect to the persons required to make such\n\nreports and the purposes to be served. The written reports to be\n\nmade by persons involved in accidents and by investigating officers\n\nshall call for sufficiently detailed information to disclose with\n\nreference to a traffic accident the cause, conditions then existing\n\nand the persons and vehicles involved.\n\nB.
