Stat. tit. 47, § 47-10-114","heading":"Penalty for failure to report","body":"The Commissioner of Public Safety may suspend the license or\n\npermit to drive and any nonresident operating privileges of any\n\nperson failing to report an accident as herein provided until such\n\nreport has been filed, and the Commissioner may extend such\n\nsuspension not to exceed thirty (30) days.
