Stat. tit. 47, § 47-1016","heading":"Driver photograph - License plate information - Company","body":"logo or emblem.\n\nA transportation network company’s software application or\n\nwebsite shall display a picture of the TNC driver and the license\n\nplate number of the motor vehicle utilized for providing the\n\nprearranged ride before the passenger enters the TNC driver’s\n\nvehicle.
