Transportation network companies shall implement a zero-\n\ntolerance policy against TNC drivers operating under the influence\n\nof drugs or alcohol while providing prearranged rides or while\n\nlogged into the TNC's digital network but not providing prearranged\n\nrides, and shall provide notice of this policy on its digital\n\nnetwork, as well as procedures to report a complaint about a driver\n\nwith whom a passenger was matched and who the passenger reasonably\n\nsuspects was under the influence of drugs or alcohol during the\n\ncourse of the trip.\n\nB. Upon receipt of such passenger complaint alleging a\n\nviolation of the zero-tolerance policy, the TNC shall immediately\n\nsuspend such TNC driver's access to the TNC's digital network, and\n\nshall conduct an investigation into the reported incident. The\n\nsuspension shall last the duration of the investigation.\n\nC.
