Transportation network companies shall implement a policy\n\nrequiring TNC drivers to exclusively accept rides booked through a\n\nTNC's digital network or software application service and\n\nprohibiting solicitation of street hails or acceptance of\n\nunsolicited street hails.\n\nB. TNCs shall implement a policy prohibiting solicitation or\n\nacceptance of cash payments from passengers.
