Transportation network companies shall adopt a policy of\n\nnondiscrimination on the basis of destination, race, color, national\n\norigin, religious belief, religious affiliation, sex, disability, or\n\nage with respect to passengers and potential passengers and notify\n\nTNC drivers of such policy.\n\nB. TNCs shall require TNC drivers to comply with all applicable\n\nlaws regarding nondiscrimination against passengers or potential\n\npassengers on the basis of destination, race, color, national\n\norigin, religious belief, religious affiliation, sex, disability, or\n\nage.\n\nC. TNCs shall require TNC drivers to comply with all applicable\n\nlaws relating to accommodation of service animals.\n\nD. TNCs shall not impose additional charges for providing\n\nservices to persons with physical disabilities because of those\n\ndisabilities.\n\nE. TNCs shall provide passengers an opportunity to indicate\n\nwhether they require a wheelchair-accessible vehicle.
